Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth functioning of the team and store environment. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that company policies and standards are followed consistently.
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
Ensure store cleanss, visual displays, and overall presentation.
Support sales targets and monitor team performance.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Lead, motivate, and train store staff.
Manage staff schedules and attendance.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
Conduct stock audits and ensure proper product placement.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and retail laws.
