Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive – Master Data Management to support our B&M team. The role will focus on managing and maintaining accurate master data, ensuring data integrity across systems, and providing timely MIS reports that drive informed buying decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with buyers, category managers, inventory, and IT teams to stream data processes and ensure a seamless flow of information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related fields.
- Experience in a retail, QSR, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing buying environment is preferred.
- Experience handling product master data and vendor data will be advantageous.
- Full-time, office-based role with occasional coordination across departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Item Master Files and maintaining data integrity
- Monitor Cost & MRP Revision/mismatch
- New SKU Creations and product listings in the system
- Navision updates and third party and internal IT team coordination.
- Offers and item master updates in NAV
- Monitor PO vs GRN reconciliation
- Coordinate the activation of product offers and promotions.
- PO Creation in the system, basis Inputs from Buyers
- Purchase report and reconciliation with finance
- Updating offers and item masters in POS
