Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding and purchasing products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the retail establishment.

Skills Required

• Provide excellent customer service to make the shopping experience pleasant and comfortable.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them professionally and understanding their needs.
• Help customers choose the right product at the best price. 
• Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy.
• Ensure that visual showroom standards are met, including replenishing stock.
• Work with other team members to create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively, listen attentively to customers, and maintain a polite, approachable demeanor.
• Accountable for inventory management.
• Understands the basic of VM and upkeep of floor standard and hygiene.
• Proficiency in [Any Relevant Foreign Language(s)] is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in English

• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Should be familiar with billing process and have prior cashiering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience in High-end retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
