Successfully conceptualized right brands at the right place, while thriving to balance the various airport user segments with the help of showcase brands along with value for money brands.   • Govind Shrikhande Joined Shoppers Stop as B&M Vice President in April 2001 and rose over the years through positions of Director, COO, CEO, President and finally Managing Director. Shrikhande Joined the Company when it had five stores and Rs. 214 Crs. Sales. In March 2018, it had 239 stores and Rs.4200 Cr. Sales.

    Successfully worked on multiple tie ups, including, Austin Reed, Mustang, WROGN, Mother Care, Estee Lauder(EL) etc.Also Worked closely with New York team of EL, in building the Estee Lauder relationship. MAC is today one of the largest beauty brand in India. Launched the new Vision, Value and Anthem. Shrikhande also created a ‘Two Deep’ Organization in 2010. Became extremely proud of the Hi Pot Programme that has taken shape over the last 12 months, and the Personal Shopper Programme along with Person- al Shopper at Home are key strategic tool for the future. Art of Initial Public Offer (IPO) team which was well received by the market in 2005. Their Strategy of Bridge To Luxury Positioning consisting of new brands, logo change, 360 degree impact through advertising, PR etc., was well appreciated.

    Developed the “Partnership for Progress” Annual partnership event with the top 100 partners and have been running it successfully for 15 years along with the Team. This has developed into a strong sharing platform with the brands and strengthened the partnership. Developed strong personal relationship with all the top brands, distributors, mall owners & partners across all relation- ships. Multiplied the presence of the Brand from 28 stores in 2009 to 82 by end of 2018. Developed the Loyalty and Analytics programme to multiply the base from less than half a million to 5 million. They have one of the rare Paid Loyalty Programme in the country and the World. Company won several awards including Most Respected Company by Business World for 4 Years in succession, Great Places to work, Best Marketing Campaign, Best Loyalty Programme etc., Socially Responsible Company, Best Energy Practices, several awards at Images Fashion and Retail Summit etc.

  • Vinamra Shastri’ s diverse and multi‐faceted career spans over 18 years, where Shastri worked with reputed global organizations holding key leadership positions. Shastri is a Market Leader with Grant Thornton (a leading global professional services firm) and is responsible for growing the firm and managing key clients and relationships. Being a Partner with Grant Thornton and led their Business Services for about 10 years (which included Strategic, HR, Forensic and Public Sector Consulting) During that period he also led many key functions and initiatives for the firm including the People & Culture team, The Forensic & Investigation Practice and the Markets function for the North and East. Shastri also served as a member of the Global HRAC & Global Markets Team of Grant Thornton International Currently Shastri also spends a lot of his time advising corporates on various aspects related to growth and strategy. Vinamra Shastri is also a mentor and advisor to a number of start‐ups across the globe Shastri started the career with the strategic planning division of the Essar group. During tenure with the group Shastri worked in their oil & telecom businesses and was based out of Mumbai and Delhi. Prior to that Shastri successfully completed a very prestigious internship program at the White House (USA), where Shastri was deputed to the Massachusetts Senate. Shastri spent over 5 years with EY (Ernst & Young) in their Corporate Finance Team and over 2 Years with Hewitt in their Client Development Group

    Shastri worked with a number of privately held businesses, government agencies, and multi‐national corporations, delivering a full range of strategic advisory services in the areas of growth/expansion strategy/business planning, fund raising, entry strategy and location advisory with his geographical experience spanning India, UK, North America, Latin America, CIS, Africa and the Middle East. Shastri expertise lies in work related to growth advisory where Shastri successfully advised many companies and governments / departments on strategy and implementation to achieve their vision and growth objectives. Some areas /sectors which are his specialty include real estate, media and entertainment, manufacturing and education

    During his last 18 years Shastri also worked closely with many trade bodies and associations ‐ advising them and representing them at various forums. Shastri is a part of several international forums, among which, Shastri is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO); which is a global community that enriches members’ lives through peer‐to‐peer learning. His active partisipation with The Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Foundation which is engaged actively in several social projects across the country.

  • Pachigol A Rama Krishna is a graduate of law and commerce and a rank holder of Andhra University. Being a member of the Institute of Charted Accountant of India, he gained much experience in various domains including business development, strategic planning, auditing, accounting, process controls, risk management, corporate governance and compliance, tax structuring and succession planning. He also holds expertise on deal making, valuations, due diligence, negotiation support, joint venture structuring and fund raising. P A Rama Krishna is a former Executive Director and the National Leader Entrepreneurial and Private Client Service at Price water house Coopers Private Limited. He is a regular speaker at events conducted by CII, FAPCCI, ASCI, ICAI and ICSI. Rama Krishna as a lead partner and Engagement Partner for Assurance, has advised and reviewed various companies, which have expanded many folds in a short span like Care Hospitals, Rain Commodities, Greenko, Lanco, GMR and more prominent establishments.
